b) A new manufactured
home is constructed in the year it is registered or in the prior
year.
c) New registered homes
are factory-built and conform to the following CSA label
requirements - CSA Z240 for mobile homes and CSA A277 for
building code homes.
d) Registration of new
factory-built homes must occur before they may be moved into,
offered for sale or sold in B.C. Homes built for export, park
models and bunkhouses are exempt from registration and are not
included in the statistics.
