b) A new manufactured
home is constructed in the year it is registered or in the prior
year.
c) New registered homes
comply with CSA Certification for factory-built homes (labeled
CSA Z240 for mobile homes and CSA A277 for building code homes)
or they otherwise comply with the construction
specifications.
d) Registration of new
factory-built homes must occur before they may be moved from a
factory, offered for sale or sold in B.C. Homes built for
export, park models and bunkhouses are exempt from registration
and are not included in the statistics.
