Single-section home shipments reported by Members in February 2011 were up 100% versus February 2010 and are up 20.5% year over year.

Multi-section home shipments reported by Members in February 2011 were down 3.7% versus February 2010 and are up 11.8% year over year.

Note: the first B.C. Housing/CMHC seniors housing units were reported shipped in May and are displayed separately in the middle column above. They are small individual housing units, though assembled in aggregates of up to 8 units. They are not included in the graph below.
