2011 were up 5.4% from January
2010 and are up 13.5%
year over year.
Home shipments reported from other Canadian and American Manufacturers in
February
2011 were up 50% from February 2010
and are up 29.8%
year over year.
Note: the first B.C.
Housing/CMHC seniors housing units were reported as shipped in
May. All of these small multi-units are being built in B.C.
They are not shown in the graph below.
